Within the scope of KVKK, data owners have the right to learn whether their personal data has been processed, to request information if they have been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used for their intended purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, and to have their personal data corrected if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed. to request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, to object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, and to have the damage compensated in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data. They have the right to request it.
